Introducing Group Art Meetups
A monthly time to meet with others to share notes, ideas, artwork and feedback
This year I wanted to try something new with Jun-Pierre Art Notes. I’ve been meaning to explore different ways to interact with others within this community. As I do workshops in different places, I’m very lucky to keep in contact with some really interesting, creative folks from different places.
With that in mind, I will be organizing monthly art meetups to encourage an exchange with individuals who may not otherwise meet one another. Ideally, these meetups would be a way for like-minded people to connect with one another.
What would the art meetups be? I’m envisioning an open forum for people to come and share their work, ideas, questions and feedback. Perhaps to explore topics such as how to find inspiration, or ways to support yourself through art, or perhaps how to make time to be creative in our busy lives. It could also be a time to sketch and make work together as well, an open art studio, if you will.
These Group Art Meetups will be exclusively for paid subscribers of Jun-Pierre Art Notes. There will be a specific Zoom link with set dates to meet. Participants can join by video or through chat as they prefer.
